KOOLE MANAGEMENT BOARD

The Management Board of Koole Terminals is our highest executive body. Board members include John Kraakman (CEO), Juriaan Steenland (COO) and Minoes Redert (CFO). Members are appointed by and report directly to the Supervisory Board. The Management Board has authority over and overriding responsibility for the terminals, shipping fleet, supervision of day-to-day management and operations. It focuses on strategic development, the implementation of standards, and systems.

John Kraakman

John Kraakman is the CEO and member of the Executive Board of Koole Terminals. He is responsible for driving value creation across all areas of Koole’s operations.

Minoes Redert

Minoes Redert is the CFO and member of the Executive Board of Koole Terminals. She is responsible for financial management and monitoring.

Juriaan Steenland

Juriaan Steenland is the COO and member of the Executive Board of Koole Terminals. He is responsible for  operational efficiency and innovation.

 

KOOLE SUPERVISORY BOARD

The Supervisory Board of Koole Terminals consists of a Koole shareholder representative and six independent, non-executive Board members who hold at least four meetings per year. The core responsibilities of the Supervisory Board include the supervision and monitoring of the executive management, appointments to the Management Board, and the monitoring of business strategies.
