About this terminal
Koole is located in the Port of Amsterdam; it also has a terminal at the same port in Zaandam, where the business was founded, close to the food industry and the North Sea Canal. It is situated a short distance from the North Sea and the Dutch road network. The terminal boasts five truck loading stations on the 245 M long port quay. The industrial workshop and the maritime engineering department are located on site. There is a storage facility for oils and fats, consisting of approximately 100 storage tanks, ranging in size from 60 to 1,400 cubic meters (CBM), as well as weighing systems and fixed pipelines.
